Switching Banks is as easy as 1-2-3.
Belgrade State Bank has made it
very easy to move your personal or business checking accounts from
your current bank to Belgrade State Bank.
You can print out this material and bring it along when you meet with
a New Account Representative to open your new checking account at
the Belgrade State Bank location nearest to you. Or, if you have
already opened a new account at Belgrade State Bank and have now
decided to close out an existing account at another bank, follow
these 3 easy steps to switching your account information:

Change your Direct Deposit funds. Click
here to access the
Direct Deposit Enrollment form. Complete the form, including the
account number from your new Belgrade State Bank account.

Change your Automatic Payments. Click
here to access the Automatic Payment Change Request form. Fill
out the form to inform utility, loan, and other billing
companies of your new account information. Mail this form to
each, copy or visit their website to change any payments that
you have automatically deducted from your account. Include a
voided check from your new Belgrade State Bank account.

Stop using your old checking account, and
close that account. You should keep your old account
open until all of your checks direct deposits and automatic
payments take effect, and until ALL of your outstanding checks
have cleared. Once your checks have cleared and your automatic
payments - such as utility or loan payments - are being deducted
from your new Belgrade State Bank account, click

the form, complete, and mail to your former bank to notify
them that you wish to close that account.
